The Heal Force Super-NW Water Purification System can produce ASTM Type I Ultrapure Water from a tap water supply. The model Super-NW is all-in-one system to produce Type I and III purewater. It is specially designed for users whose pure water applications are wide but also concern cost effective aspect. The Super-NW can be used for the following applications:
NW UV: AAS, Common analysis, Standard buffer, GC, HPLC, IC, GC, GC/MS, TOC analysis, ICP and ICP/MS

  • Our NW water purification system can produce ultra pure water and RO water which flow out through two separate outlets. The flow rate for ultra pure water of 18.2MΩ.cm can reach 2.0L/min and for RO water of 0 to 20μs/cm can achieve 30L/hr. 
  • It uses 4-channel resistivity sensor for monitoring system operation and water quality variation. 
  • Self-diagnostic microprocessor control system is also utilized to guarantee reliable operation. 
  • The water purification system uses an interactive 4-line LCD display to indicate water tank level, conductivity, resistivity, temperature and date. 
  • The patented pre-treatment cartridge contributed to extending the lifetime of RO cartridge. 
  • Flow restriction design keeps RO membrane surface wet to maximize its lifespan. 
  • The water purification systems adopt 185nm UV oxidizer and 254nm UV sterilizer.
  • They contain a 30 liters standard water tank with internal pump and 5-level float sensor. 
  • UV and VF water purification systems are designed to meet the requirements for low TOC level of 1-3ppb. UF and VF water purification systems can meet the requirements for low endotoxin level of less than 0.001EU/ml.
