RE: During the Lockdown Rauserv c.c. continues to deliver essential services.

Rauserv c.c. specializes in Steam Sterilizers (Autoclaves) used in all hospitals, clinics, dentists and many laboratories. This letter serves to ensure customers that we are here to offer technical support, supplies and services should it be required during this time.

We are in full support of the Presidents lockdown to curb the spread of the coronavirus. Rauserv c.c. has taken extensive precautions to try ensure both our customers and staff safety. This includes reducing to skeleton staff as well as working from home, meaning our offices will be closed unless we are required to go in for repairs.

Due to the international pandemic and reduced shipping/airline traffic, orders for stock are significantly delayed. That said, Rauserv has shipments on their way to replenish stock and ensure continual supply of critical goods for both Medical and Laboratory applications.

Rauserv Laboratory and Medical Equipment attended the Africa Health Exhibition 2016. Displaying our complete range of medical and clinical laboratory equipment. Rauserv exhibited with two of our suppliers including Mesa Labs and Mediwise Equitron.

Mesa Labs supply a large range of sterilization validation consumables including biological indicators (EZTest BI's, Spore Strips, Pro-Line PCD, Spore Suspension, Tryptic Soy Broth), chemical indicator strips (EXT, SSI, SSE, SSW, OK) and ProChem Bowie Dick Test Packs.

Rauserv has 30 years experience with large steam sterilizers and autoclaves. With our brand Rautoclave Series, we can supply any size autoclave for any application from Laboratory to Medical. 

Mediwise supply us with SANS 347 approved Equitron (SLE-FA and SLE-DD) autoclaves as well as Electric and Hydraulic Theatre / Operating tables.

Rauserv c.c. was founded in 1986 with the sole focus of maintenance and repairs of large steam sterilizers.

In 1991 Rautoclave was started with the aim to manufacture some of the best autoclaves available on the market. The main autoclaves sizes manufactured were 160 and 400 Litre Hospital Autoclaves.

In 1995 Rauserv started importing small autoclaves from all around the world for Dental, Medical and Laboratory use. At this stage the main brand of autoclaves were Rexmed or Rexall including the LS-1, LS-6A, LS-2D and RAU-530D.

In 1998 Rauserv started to expand it's product range into other Laboratory and Medical (Theatre Tables, Theatre Lights, etc) Equipment.

Rautoclave's were manufactured until 2010 when the founder fell terminally ill. Rautoclave Autoclaves are still widely in use today, some of which have been in use for over 20 years.

In 2015 Rauserv c.c. launched a whole new range of 44 new Laboratory Equipment products. These products are exceptional quality at exceptional prices.

In December 2016, Rauserv will have been in business for 30 years and has continued the legacy of providing the best possible technical backup while offering excellent pricing.

We are now relaunching the Rautoclave autoclaves as the "Rautoclave Series" available in sizes from 150 to 4275 litres custom made to the customers specifications.
